Furnished Properties is currently owned and operated by its three partners James Parsons, Vincent Buckley and Brendan Bowie. James has had many years experience operating and running businesses. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing, T.A.F.E. certificate in Marketing, Real Estate Certificate of Registration plus has attended a number of private courses in business development, growth and expansion programs.

Vincent Buckley also has operated businesses before starting Furnished Properties with James Parsons and has an extensive knowledge in developing and expanding companies. Vincent qualifications include T.A.F.E certificate in Business Management Diploma, Real Estate Certificate of Registration plus a number of private courses in business development, growth and expansion programs.

Brendan Bowie returned to Sydney in June 2008 after 14 years in Europe.Brendan spent seven years in Dublin running a chain of cafe/sandwich bars and 7 years in Amsterdam as a partner in a business in vacation rentals named Amsterdam Escape. Prior to leaving Sydney in 1994 Brendan worked in the Front Office department of the then named ANA Hotel, now the Shangri Lai. Brendan's qualifications include a diploma in Hospitality Management.Currently working on a travel site named Totally Australia.
