Sydney, Australia, founded in 1788 as a settlement for convicts, is
now a thriving international community located on spectacular Sydney
Harbour.
Sydney offers sightseeing, tourist destinations, entertainment,
and shopping, and is home to a number of art and cultural institutions
including the Sydney Opera House, the Art Gallery of New South Wales,
and the Australian Museum.
The educational system in Sydney, Australia is also top notch, beginning
with excellent grammar schools such as the Sydney Grammar School, which
ranks amongst the top 10 grammar schools in the country, through high
schools such as the high ranking Sydney Girls High School or their
