When is my reservation confirmed?

A reservation is confirmed when a booking form is completed, signed and sent back to Furnished Properties. Full payment is required at the time of booking if your booking is less than 28 nights. Bookings of a month or more are invoiced every 28 days. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express. We also accept payments by EFT or bank transfer. We do not accept personal cheques.

Do you allow pets?

Some of our Furnished Properties allow pets. Please enquire at the time of booking.

What utilities are included in the rental?

Electricity, gas, water.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check in is from 2 pm and check out is 10 am. Early check in and late check can be provided when possible.

Is linen and towels provided?

All our properties have freshly laundered linen and towels.

What do I do with the keys on check out?

Please leave all keys, swipe cards, parking permits and buzzers inside the property when you leave and lock the door behind you. Thanks!

Will the property be serviced?

All properties are cleaned for your arrival. If you would like the property to be serviced on a weekly basis please contact our office.

Is parking included with the rental?

All our properties have either a garage, car port or on the street parking with a permit.
