What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payments by EFT or bank transfer. We do not accept personal cheques.

Do you allow pets?

Some of our Furnished Properties allow pets. Please enquire at the time of booking.

What utilities are included in the rental?

Electricity, gas, water and as per our terms and conditions.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check in is from 2 pm and check out is 10 am. Early check in and late check can be provided when possible.

Is linen and towels provided?

All our properties have freshly laundered linen and towels.

What do I do with the keys on check out?

Please leave all keys, swipe cards, parking permits and buzzers inside the property when you leave and lock the door behind you. Thanks!

Will the property be serviced?

All properties are cleaned for your arrival. If you would like the property to be serviced on a weekly basis please contact our office.

Is parking included with the rental?

Most of our properties have either a garage, car port or on the street parking with a permit.
