All our guests that stay at Furnished Properties receive as our gift a welcome pack. This includes your essentials like bread, milk, orange juice, strawberry jam, coffee and tea, bottled water, biscuits, to name a few.

In House Cleaning

We recognise that many of our customers that stay with us are too busy to clean. We offer an in house cleaning service. There are three different packages including Standard clean, Formal clean right through to our Deluxe cleaning service. Cable Television & Plasma TV

Furnished Properties is currently refitting all its properties with plasma televisions and Cable TV (Foxtel cable supplier). This means you will be able to watch news, sport and your favourite movies on a Plasma Television. The upgrade will be completed by December 2006.

Internet Access

Furnished Properties has the fantastic Iburst broadband wireless modems available in all its properties. This means you can plug in your computer or laptop and have instant fast broadband internet access without the expensive hotel prices.

For as little as $5 (Australian) per day you can surf the net and receive emails.

Pre-Paid Mobile

Furnished Properties supplies every property with a pre paid mobile phone so you don’t have to pay for expensive phone calls. The other benefit is that you can take the phone with you during your stay and be contactable. You simply recharge the phone at one of the many venders located around Sydney. Just another example of Furnished Properties giving you the customer complete flexibility.
