Greetings Furnished properties / Brendan
Just a little note to say we really enjoyed our recent stay at the Harris street apartment (January 14th to 21st 2009)
The property was simply wonderful and the little welcome pack was an added bonus.
The location is ideal for getting about and as you told us, just minutes from Sydney’s CBD.
Having DVD's was great when returning at night and snuggling down to watch a movie with a bottle of wine.  Thanks for the complimentary bottle by the way,  nice touch.
We will tell all our friends and will spread the word for you.
Thanks again for the wonderful stay and great meeting you Brendan, It was a pleasure.

Good morning Vincent,

I just wanted pass on my sincerest of thanks to you for all your help over the past week with regards to replacing electrical goods in my temporary home.  I guess things do break down; it just seemed to all happen at once. I am most grateful for your fast and attentive response to the problems, especially the refrigerator issues.

I searched on furnishedproperties for somewhere to include a testimonial and couldn't locate one.

Please post this, if possible.

 

I'd like to thank James and Brendan for going above and beyond in providing my family and I with extremely comfortable, reasonably priced and very clean accommodation. With very little notice, and just when I thought we'd be stranded without suitable living space (especially with Mardi Gras in town at the time), the guys made it happen. The furnished apartment in East Ryde was in excellent condition, almost new, very clean, furnished with great quality appliances and furniture and had beautiful views. Unlike another furnished accommodation agent we dealt with earlier, these guys are not only professional, but friendly and understanding. There was nothing that we asked that wasn't provided, from the very basic to the logistically difficult. The next time I need a furnished apartment or house, I know that I will come back to Furnished Properties. My extended family and all my friends will also know that if you need an apartment in Sydney, call James or Brendan. I also want to thank Loren and the cleaning staff for a job well done.

Hi Brendan

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your assistance in helping me with my accommodation during the last three months.  I found your agency to be the most proactive that I dealt with and I was particularly pleased with the way you provided solutions for me when while I was waiting for the Homebush Bay property to become available.
