  • The minimum stay is 2 nights at our properties.

  • We don't have a maximum stay but our properties are subject to availability. For stays of 3 months plus, please contact us directly and speak to our friendly reservation team for best rates and accommodation options.

  • Yes, we cater to short term and long term stays. For longer term stays of 3 months plus, please contact us directly for best rates and options. To make an enquiry, call 1300 663 800 or email book@furnishedproperties.com.au. Alternatively submit your details in the ‘Enquire now’ form to receive a call back.

  • Visa/Master/Amex (1.5% credit card surcharge applies), bank transfer. No cash accepted.

  • A Security deposit is required upon booking confirmation.

    For stays longer than 30 nights, we may charge a deposit depending on where you’re staying.

    For stays longer than 3 months, a security bond equivalent to 4 weeks stay is required.

    Following your stay, if the space is damaged or house rules are violated, we may charge fees to the card on file.

  • We make renting hassle-free and offer flexible cancellations for all bookings.

    Stay under 28 nights:

    - Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

    - 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

    - No refunds for cancellations made in 7 days before check-in.

    Stay 28 nights or longer:

    - Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.

    - After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

    - If cancel or shorten the booking after check in, 3 weeks notice is required (only applies on 2 months stay or longer)

    No show on the check in date, 100% cancellation fee will apply.

  • Furnished Properties is a Sydney based accommodation provider for both long and short term stays. Whether you’re travelling for leisure or business, or looking to rent in the long or short term, we pride ourselves in delivering comfortable fully furnished accommodation and a premium guest experience.

    We pride ourselves on providing hassle-free renting for our guests and offer flexible lease property management for our investors.

  • We have a strict, no-smoking policy for all of our properties and that we ask all our guests to kindly follow. This includes no smoking on balcony.

  • At Furnished Properties we want to provide our guests with a ‘home-away-from-home’ experience, and this includes all the furnishing comforts that one would find in their own home. Our apartments come fully furnished with furniture, linens, towels, kitchen appliances and more. All apartments include free Wi-Fi connection and utilities set up and ready to go.

  • At Furnished Properties we care for the health and safety of our community, our guests and our staff. We please ask that you follow current government guidelines in regards to COVID-19 regulations.

  • Early check ins and late check outs are available upon request and subject to availability. Extra fees may apply. Please make a request upon booking or with at least 48 hours notice.

  • We do not charge GST on our accommodation however 10% GST is applied on cleaning services.

  • We offer a variety of check in methods depending on the time and property. We offer contact-less self check in via lock box, key safes. We do occasionally meet in person for check in. Your check in procedure will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

  • We would love to welcome you to your property! We provide the option of having one of our Furnished Property team members meet you at your property. For later check-ins from 6pm and weekends, a self-check in option will be provided.

  • Parking availability is specific to each property. Please refer to the individual property description in our website.

    Alternatively you may call, email or make an enquiry on our website if you require accommodation options with parking.

    We can also help recommend some 3rd party options for parking hire.

  • Unfortunately we cannot offer baggage storage at our properties after check out however we are happy to provide 3rd party baggage storage options you can use. Please email us at book@furnishedproperties.com.au for options.

  • For stays 3 months plus, you may be able to receive mail packages during your stay, however, we recommend using a pickup location provided by local mail carriers. Furnished Properties is not liable for lost or stolen packages and deliveries.

  • At Furnished Properties we pride ourselves on our top-tier, customer service and accommodation experience. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to help fix any issues experienced during your stay.

  • Requests for extra pillows can be made to book@furnishedproperties.com.au. Additional fee for extra linen may apply.

  • Requests for extra shests can be made to book@furnishedproperties.com.au. Additional fee for extra linen may apply.

  • Requests for extra towels can be made to book@furnishedproperties.com.au. Additional fee for extra linen may apply.

  • Our Working From Home set up is available for hire. Set up includes desktop monitor, keyboard and mouse. Simply plug in your laptop.

    From $30 per day (minimum hire is 7 days), we will deliver and assemble this in the comfort of your home. All equipment are thoroughly sterilised and cleaned before use.

  • If you want to report an item that was lost during your stay with Furnished Properties, please contact us at 1300 663 800 or email book@furnishedproperties.com.au

  • To ensure you have a comfortable stay, we stock your space with our favourite hand wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, toilet paper and towels to get you started. Other items like toothpaste and toothbrush is not provided. You will need to bring any other toiletries items to your apartment.

  • We have properties with convertible sofa bed if you anticipate you may have extra guests. Alternatively, we offer a fold out bed rental. This is not available for all properties as it is dependent on the room configuration and capacity limits. Please note that extra linen fee will apply for extra guest. Email book@furnishedproperties.com.au and a representative from our reservations team can assist you with some options.

  • No, but we do offer the option of additional service cleans every fortnight for longer stays. Fees apply.

  • Our check-in time is 3:00 PM and our checkout time is 10:00 AM.

    Early check ins and late check outs are available upon request and subject to availability. Extra fees may apply. Please make a request upon booking.

  • Internet access details can be found in your booking confirmation email or welcome letter located in your apartment.

  • When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all our House Rules. Please view the house rules here.
