Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies. Breaches may incur a $300 fine plus additional cleaning costs.
No Parties or Events
This property is located within a residential building with permanent neighbours.
No parties, gatherings, or unregistered guests permitted
Extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and additional fees may apply
Complaints may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Excessive noise may result in cancellation of your stay.
No Pets
Children Welcome
Families are welcome. Supervision of children is the responsibility of parents or guardians at all times.

An initial supply of household essentials and toiletries is provided for your convenience.
Damages
Accidents happen, please notify us of any damage before check-out. Repair costs beyond normal wear and tear may be charged.

Late departures may incur a $150 fee along with any additional costs caused by delays.
