Visa/Master/Amex card surcharge (1.5% Visa/Master, 2.5% Amex), bank transfer. No cash accepted.

A non-refundable damage waiver fee is required upon booking confirmation. This fee will be charged to the credit card provided and covers accidental damages during the stay.

If the reservation is less than 2 months stay:

• Damage waiver payment is required. (Please be advised this payment is non refundable)

• If the damage waiver is not applicable a $1000 refundable security bond is required.

If length of reservation is 2 months and longer: A security bond equivalent to 2-4 weeks rent is required upon booking confirmation.

Following your stay, if the space is damaged or house rules are violated, we may charge fees to the card on file.

We make renting hassle-free and offer flexible cancellations for all bookings.

Stay under 28 nights:

- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

- No refunds for cancellations made in 7 days before check-in.

Stay 28 nights or longer:

- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.

- After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

- If cancel or shorten the booking after check in, 3 weeks notice is required (only applies on 2 months stay or longer)

No show on the check in date, 100% cancellation fee will apply.

We have a strict, no-smoking policy for all of our properties and that we ask all our guests to kindly follow. This includes no smoking on balcony.

Our apartments come fully furnished with furniture, linens, towels, kitchen appliances and more. All apartments include free Wi-Fi connection and utilities set up and ready to go.

We do not charge GST on our accommodation however 10% GST is applied on cleaning services.
