    Please note:

    1. There are stairs to access different levels of the home. May not be suitable for limited mobility.

    2. All windows should remain CLOSED. Due to the nature of the ocean, salt erosion surrounding the windows, opening the windows causes difficulties in closing. For your safety and comfort, windows are to remain closed during your stay however you may open and use available sliding doors.

    3. Air con unit in living room area near kitchen does not currently operate, and there are no free to air tv channels available.

    4. Please note House Rules before booking. Strictly no parties policy and minimum 7 nights stay applies.

    No Smoking

    Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies. Breaches may incur a $300 fine plus additional cleaning costs.

    No Parties or Events

    This property is located within a residential building with permanent neighbours.

    • No parties, gatherings, or unregistered guests permitted

    • Extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and additional fees may apply

    • Complaints may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund

    Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Excessive noise may result in cancellation of your stay.

    No Pets

    Children Welcome

    Families are welcome. Supervision of children is the responsibility of parents or guardians at all times.

    Guest Supplies

    An initial supply of household essentials and toiletries is provided for your convenience.

    Damages

    Accidents happen, please notify us of any damage before check-out. Repair costs beyond normal wear and tear may be charged.

    Late departures may incur a $150 fee along with any additional costs caused by delays.
